Homemade Mac N' Cheese

Okay, this dish is totally not healthy per say, but I like to think of it as food for the soul. Since the weather has turned I have been craving comfort food like crazy. I decided to cave and indulge in this delicious mac n' cheese recipe. I obtained it from a friends mom and will never make homemade mac anyway else. You can't go wrong, try it!

***You can add whatever veggies you'd like,  substitute your favorite cheese, whatever your heart desires! The possibilities are endless!! Enjoy!

What you will need:
2 c. uncooked macaroni (then cook it)
2 T. Butter
2 T. Flour
2 c. Milk
Make white sauce
Add 1 c. each Colby, Monterey Jack, & Cheddar Cheese, add to white sauce, stir til' melted.
Pour over cooked macaroni, Top w/bread crumbs. 
Bake @ 350, 25-30 minutes 

1.) Cook your noodles!

2.) Make your white sauce

3.) Add your cheese!

4.) Melt cheese!

5.) Bakings Great! 

6.) Indulge!
